Daily before and after use (3-minute self-test)
Visual inspection: Check the wire rope for burrs and hook deformation
No-load test: Press the up/down button and listen for any unusual sounds
Exterior cleaning: Wipe the body with a dry cloth to remove oil and dust (especially the button area)
Weekly maintenance (15-minute deep maintenance)
Chain/wire rope: Spray with special anti-rust lubricant
Gear train: Apply lithium-based grease
Pulley groove: Remove iron filings and apply lubricant
Monthly maintenance (30-minute professional maintenance)
Motor cooling vents: Blow out dust with an air gun (remember to turn off the power when doing this)
